Portorož-Se?a belongs to the coastal municipality of Piran, located in the South-West of the Gulf of Trieste (to the extreme North of the Adriatic Sea) between the boundaries of Italy to the North and Croatia to the South; this small town is inhabited by about 3,000 people. only 1,5km from the sea.
